action movie. In
one scene, the hero pursues the villain up to the top of a bungee jump.
The villain creates a diversion by dropping a canister lled with deadly gas. The script calls
for the hero to quickly strap on a 33 meter bungee cord and jump straight down to grab the
canister out of the air just as the bungee cord begins to stretch. You estimate that the hero
can react to the drop of the canister and strap on the bungee cord in 2.0 seconds. Your job
is to determine the feasibility of the stunt by nding the initial speed with which the hero
needs to jump downward to catch the canister.
